The brand I started is Wordplay Clothing Co. The name simply came from me starting out making catchy graphic tees that had play on words. I wrote the word out and it stood out to me. I notice the p and d was the in the center of the word and that they are basically the same letter just upside down, so I decided to connect them. This is how the logo came about. Thanks to today’s time and technology, it wasn’t hard for me to find different wholesalers, printers, and seamstress. This then would allow me to makes clothes and put them in the stores I had been shopping at over the years such as Mr. Alan’s, Pogo ,and Double Up. My vision is self-expression, art, and things that surround the hip hop culture. Our Target audiences starts early as 12 years old all the way to someone who loves hip hop culture up in there 40’s.
